I’m so excited to be joined by Leeon today! Leeon is a Caribbean based Marketing and Business Coach. Leeon discusses explaining the coaching industry and what she does to people in her country and culture.

Leeon was an attorney for 2 years and realized it was not the life she wanted. She achieved what she thought was success, but still was not happy.

She quit her job as a lawyer and started doing copywriting and social media marketing, then transitioned to being a marketing coach to teach people how to create content for their businesses.

So while Leeon started entrepreneurship on a full time basis, the then took on another job and had to manage her time carefully.

She talks about simplifying her business model and being willing to show up imperfectly as things that helped grow her coaching business.

We also discuss her story of paying off debt and how she was able to make progress by paying off a little at a time. She is glad she didn’t wait until she achieved a huge milestone to start working on paying her debt off.

Leeon’s story is so impressive and she has so much great advice for others who are looking to quit their jobs and grow their full time coaching business.
