I sometimes see people who want clients, but don’t want to make the internal commitment that coaching is their career.
This half in, half out energy doesn’t attract clients. Clients want to work with someone who wants to be in the industry long term.
I want you to embrace coaching as your full time career.

Even if you’ve invested time and money in other degrees or certifications, this will always be a part of your story. Allow everything you’ve learned to help you in your coaching business.
Especially in the beginning, coaching can be a business with a lot of ups and downs. If you want validation, validate yourself, don’t put it on another person.
Join group programs and set up accountability pods. This helps you reorient your neuro pathways and helps you get support from others who really understand the industry.
Whenever you need to make a decision, ask how a full time coach would show up. Look at the actions you’re taking and shift those to the actions of a full time coach.
However you’d like to announce it, tell people that this is who you are and this is what you are doing now.
