I’m starting a new series where I share the mindset, strategy, and sales skills you need to quit your racist job in 2024!

I’ll be sharing my own story, stories about my clients, and so many other lessons.

I know that quitting your job has been on your list for a long time, so I want to share how you can make that a reality this year.

The truth is that your 9-5 is not created to help Women of Color build wealth. It creates temporary safety, but not long term sustainable freedom and wealth.

Women of Color are using their gifts in their 9-5s and by doing that they are losing wealth opportunities, time opportunities, and freedom opportunities.

Even if your 9-5 is great, it is still fundamentally racist, and you’re still selling yourself short and missing out on opportunities. What if it can get even better?

The answer is to become a coach. You can have your own business that is centered around your gifts, teach other people what you know, and charge high ticket for it.

A coaching business is one of the most profitable and low expense businesses you can have. And the impact you can have on others is so high too.
