Today I’m talking about business acumen.

I share what business acumen is and why it should be a big focus for you in 2024.

I talk about 5 ways you can increase your business acumen to make better decisions that will yield better results in your business.

Those 5 things are:

• High Profit

You want to have a high profit in your business, not because of capitalism, but so you can stay in business long term.

• Make better decisions

When you make a decision, you want to make sure that you have both short term and long term results.

• Focus on buildable skills

Don’t be skill jumping or skill omitting. You want to build skills on top of one another so when you reach the level where a skill is required, you already have it.

• Make the smartest decision

When you choose the smartest decision, often more work is involved. The smartest decision requires a little more effort, but that’s how you know you should be doing it.

• Focus on your business model

Get very intimate with your business model. Know what you are selling and how you are selling it.
