Today we are wrapping up the Quit Your Racist Job in 2024 series.

I’m breaking down the Sell, Convert, Save, Coach Method. This is the brand new process I’m teaching inside of Five Figure Freedom.

These are the 4 things you need to know how to do to become a full time coach.

Selling is when you are putting your offers out there so that people can book a sales call. If people don’t know about your offer you aren’t selling!

The problems people often have with selling is that you have offers available, but no one knows about them. Selling is strategic, you need to do it intentionally.

Once you get a sales call on your calendar, the next thing you need to do is convert them to a “yes.”

People have questions and sales calls are the conversion vehicles. 

Problems people have with converting are using scripts instead of paying attention to what the clients are actually saying and being afraid of objections.

Once you have some clients, you need to work on saving. When you have a savings account you feel safe enough to quit your job. Also, if you have savings you do know how to sell.

And the last thing you need to do is to coach!

You just need a set of coaching tools to start getting your clients results. You don’t need to have everything figured out or be the smartest person in the room. You just need some goals to meet so you can get results for your clients.

This cycle feeds off of itself and helps you go from client to client until you have enough clients to become a full time coach.
