Today I document a client sales journey from my perspective.
I recently signed up with a health coach and I found it so interesting to watch my brain as I went through the experience of discovering this coach all the way to signing with her.
First I started casually following this coach on social media. Then I saw that she had a podcast and the name of the podcast spoke to me, it was exactly what I wanted.
Once I heard her story it provided perspective for me. I knew that if she could reach her goal then I could too. It was a big moment of connection for me.
And as I reviewed her content I saw that she had a simple solution to provide the transformation I was looking for. She used the exact language I was using about the problem.
I booked a sales call with her and she was able to overcome the objections I had and I signed up!

Be specific about the end result you provide, not the process you take to get there.
People sign up when the time is right for them. There is always someone who has reached the point where they need a solution to their problem.
