Today I am talking to Kathryn Morrison, the coach who took me from 5k months to a $500k business in a little over a year.

Kathryn is a business coach for employees who want to scale into full time entrepreneurship.

I’ve learned so much from Kathryn, and we talk through the top 5 lessons I’ve learned here. Those lessons are:

1. The power of decisions
2. I am safe with money
3. How to hold clean space for clients
4. Healing my relationship with shame with myself
5. Being myself

Kathryn says that content is no longer king, there’s plenty of content out there. What we really need to “stop the scroll” is unique positioning which comes from a contradiction. Find some paradox that is unexpected, that will help you stand out.

I share that a massive rebrand was not in my plan for this year, but after working with Kathryn I realized that I needed to find a way to show up as my true self.

Kathryn also talks about her favorite moments working with me. One of those was the inner child work we did around me going to the dentist. I was making such progress in my business but I was afraid to go to the dentist and we dug deep into what was going on there.

Kathryn shares that she appreciated my willingness to let go of everything. She says so many people get stuck because they cling to what they currently have.

We also discuss coaching in general and where the coaching industry is today. It is such an exciting time to be in this space and to be able to provide transformations for people on so many different things.

I’ve loved working with Kathryn and I’m sorry our time together is over. I’ll miss working with her but I’m so proud of all I’ve accomplished in this past year.
