I have had 4 really successful launches in just 7 months of this year!
These were a mix of soft launches for my 1 on 1 coaching and my mastermind, and two more traditional launches for the Five Figure Formula.
Launching is where you have a tight, shortened selling period and a deadline to close the launch out.
There is a common misconception that launching is what everyone needs to do. That is not true!
Some people just need to get better at creating one piece of content, having a client inquire about their services, closing the sales call, and signing the client. No launch required.
If you haven’t mastered that first, launches will feel confusing, draining, and hard.
When it comes to launching, make sure you have enough interest in your offers first. I say if you have 5 clients enrolling in your coaching constantly for 3 months straight, you have enough interest to do a launch.
So here are the lessons from my recent launches:
This is a really undervalued and overlooked activity. But evaluating your last launch will tell you exactly what works and doesn’t work for you.
Look at your last launch to see what your unique strengths are and use that in your next launch.
Don’t try to prove yourself or validate who you are by picking big goals. Pick a number that feels easy and doable so you can focus on actually getting the launch done.
This doesn’t mean you’re cutting yourself short, you can always hit over that amount. But trying for an easy number creates easy energy. When you set a goal you have time to actually plan.
My period coach pointed out how much I give and how I could do better with receiving. I noticed this during my launches too.
When you have the energy of leaning back and allowing things to come to you instead of reaching out to grab them, things come to you easier.
If you have 2 different offers, such as one on one coaching and a group program, all of them will sell if you’re launching correctly.
You never know who is watching and who will be interested or when things might happen.
There are so many reasons why the launch may not be going the way we want. Get curious, lean into your strengths.
Don’t spin out and make it mean something about you.
I expand on all of this in my mastermind, so if you’re interested in learning more about launches, you can join the mastermind. I have an entire launch lab book available there so sign up for the waitlist here!
