Today I am talking to my one-on-one client Kirsten Roldan.

Kirsten is a business coach for CEOs. She helps people with automated sales and team growth with the goal of getting them out of their business as much as possible while making more and more money. 

And today we talk all about money. We talk about what happens when you let go of money and do so much healing work around money.

Kirsten is a funnel strategist, so strategy is really her thing. In our conversation she shares her resistance to doing mindset work and how she finally overcame that resistance.

Kirsten also talks about the thoughts she had that were not serving her. She realized she was using her business to make herself feel better.

But once she shifted her thoughts she was able to approach her business with a new, clean energy and that is when things really started to change for her.
