I want to share 3 very easy steps for you to take to create a full time income on part time hours. These things should be the 3 filters for all of the actions you take in your business.

This is what I did that enabled me to quit my full time job and know that my business alone can support me.

The 3 steps are:

1. Simplify

Simplify your business. When I first started my business I thought I had to do all of the things. But I really didn’t! Doing too much can spread you too thin and distract you from selling and serving your clients (the things that actually make you money!).

Simplifying your offerings, platforms, and systems let’s you learn so much more about your clients and you learn how to speak to them. Then it becomes so much easier to scale your business.

2. Be able to sign clients

You have to be able to create a client base within your business. You have to sign clients first, and then the money follows. You have to focus on the service first.

When you can be consistent in showing up and reaching your clients, they will come and your business will grow.

3. Coach yourself

I think the biggest mistake that coaches make is not being able to coach themselves. When you don’t coach yourself, you’re out of alignment and out of integrity. When you aren’t using your own tools for yourself, how do you expect anyone else to use them?

Get out a piece of paper and write down all of the thoughts in your head. Then start to answer and solve your own problems as if you were your client. How would you respond? Give yourself that support to feel better and show up differently.
